Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $38 or more: free shipping
- Orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at support@buzzandpaws.com.
Delays, lost packages, and address errors
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
